Refund policy

We hope you love your R.JOHANNAH piece. If you change your mind, we accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging, with all original tags and labels attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage or alteration will not qualify for an exchange.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item, as well as the delivery cost of the exchanged item. We recommend using a tracked delivery service when sending a return, as R.JOHANNAH cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit.

Please note: Change of mind returns are eligible for exchange only. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

All items are inspected and photographed prior to dispatch to document their condition before leaving our studio. Once an item has been handed over to a third-party courier, any loss or damage occurring during transit may be subject to the courier’s terms and claims process.
